I love Super Mario Brothers 2! My favorite part was being able to use Princess Peach.. the coasting she could do was very helpful.. not to mention she is adorable!
God.. who doesn't love Metroid?!? I mean really?! On this piece I actually used silver metallic floss to fill in the white-ish grey part.. I think it really made it look awesome but you can't tell in the picture.
This was a test run for me. My boyfriend is a huge Final Fantasy fan.. and I want to do a bigger piece for him later.. but until now this will have to do :)

I've been meaning to make a metroid for my husband the Metroid fan...now that I see how cool it can look I have to give it a try! :)
Oh My God! I LOVE Super Mario 2 too! I haven't played it since I had my old Super NES, but I have fond memories of that game! So cool!

Peach was my Fave too! But mostly because i will only play girls in games when i have a choice. Sadly I'm still like that lol. I love your cross stitch. I'm all with the hand embroidery but cross stitch, that takes counting man. Counting is tough shit lol.
